Condominium reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of scheduled arrival for a $250 cancellation fee.
Maximum Occupancy due to owner requirements and fire safety standards is six people. Rates are based on 2 people. $30/additional adult/night.
**If guests exceed the maximum occupancy, guests will be required to check out immediately with no refund**
Check-In - 4:00 pm, Check-Out - 11:00 am. No exceptions.
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
$30/night for 1 dog, $45/night for 2 dogs. Maximum of 2 dogs.
- Dogs must remain under your control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier if outside your condominium (applies to entire condominium property)
- Owners MUST pick up after their dogs.
- Owners MUST put their dog waste in the garbage receptacles located on each floor of the condo building.
- Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the condominiums.
- We count on you to prevent your dog(s) from making excessive noise, and to prevent them from being disruptive/aggressive to other guests and staff.
- If your dog is deemed dangerous, harmful, or disruptive, management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations. The dog fee is non-refundable.
- If our room requires excessive cleaning or if damages are incurred as a result of your dog, management has the right to charge for additional services and repairs.
The Condominiums have a $200 cleaning charge per rental.
